Make sure you build your car for the road and remember safety which means you need to:

- Secure all parts, batteries, and wiring so they don’t shift with the vibration of the moving car

- Collision protection (for example, leaving the radiator in, even though you don’t need it anymore, it’s an additional protection for you and your passenger if a front-on collision were to occur).

Doing these things can also help your likelihood of getting your vehicle registered for road use.
